Delete your account

You can delete your Swoper account and its data at any time. Here's how, and what happens next.

Fastest way

Delete in the app

Open Swoper and go to My Profile.
Tap Account settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

No access to the app?

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address you registered with, using the subject “Delete my Swoper account”. We'll verify that the account is yours before deleting it. Don't include your password.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a verified subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.

What we delete

Your profile, profile photo and account details
Your listings and item photos
Verification documents and selfies
Offers, reviews and related conversations

What we may keep

Records we must keep by law, or to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or enforce our terms
Backups, which are overwritten on a regular cycle
